Online Support Via DC Community

Currently, there is a support based chat system in the DC Community. While the company is not affiliated with this system, it does provide you information to help you to find the support you need in a no cost support environment. This is typically a real time support, and may have many questions going on at the same time. This can be utilitzed as a learning tool to continue your education, or to find help when you need it. "TechGeeks Online" is also the name of this support chat system.

The DC Community is similar to the IRC networks that exist, however since its a P2P (peer to peer) environment, you must be made aware, sharing of copyrighted material is not condoned, and not allowed. The People who run this support network choose the DC Community to offer support to more of a variety of people. During the peak of day, it may be hard to join the support hub, however, if it is full you will be redirected automatically to another hub that should be able to provide you with support.

In order to access this community you must download a client software, this is a software that allows you to communicate and talk with others in the community. Below are a couple of different client software links (websites) to download this software.

Once you have a client installed click on this link to join the support hub:

If this does not work, please copy and paste the link into your DC Client. To bring up a quick connect window simply hold down your <CTRL> - Q.
